HISTORY

Naini started its journey 45 years ago in 1971 and since then our company has established its niche in customer satisfaction, commitment to quality and safety. We are currently catering to the requirements of various industry verticals such as Auto-mobile, Electronics,Electricals, Consumables, White Line Products, Tier-1 & Tier-2 suppliers etc. We use Cold Forging Manufacturing Process to make products ranging from M 1.5 to M 24 diameter with up-to 300mm length.

Our Products

Our product range includes all types of fasteners including screws, rivets, bolts, shaft, pins, wire forms and machined parts. These products are made from ferrous and non-ferrous metals. We can produce products ranging from M2 to M25. All products are as per international standards like IS, ISO, DIN, BS, JIS etc.

In addition to the laboratory analysis of material there are comprehensive mechanical testing facilities that include Impact Testing, UTM, Hardness Testing, Profile projector, Salt spray chamber, Microscope with NMI software, Torque Testing m/c, Plating thickness checking machine etc. At all stages of manufacturing strict quality control checks is adhered to.

We are committed towards total customer satisfaction by providing defect free fastners, consistently at mutually agreed price with timely delivery. This is achieved by consistent adherence to documented quality management system.

The Process

Every process and function is carried out at our plant is perfected with skill and dedication, and desire to exceed perfection. Our plant is equipped with most modern fully automatic state-of-the-art machinery and has well structured infrastructure.

It utilizes the most modern manufacturing techniques to produce ferrous & non-ferrous Screw, Rivets, Nuts, Bolts etc. by cold forging manufacturing process as per international standards.

Cold Forge Shop includes best Bolt Formers and Special Headers. Heat Treatment is Inhouse with continuous Tempering and Hardening Furnace. Heat treatment is decisive in obtaining the required quality of products. Special emphasis is paid to the product in the heat treatment department which is equipped with furnaces capable of annealing, normalizing, hardening, tempering and stress relieving.

We have a modern machine shop equipped with a comprehensive range of SPM's and other allied machines. All products manufactured are checked at all stages of production and are packed as per customer requirement to ensure damage free on-time delivery.
